1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hz888 platform — including the website at hz888.click, its games, betting features and any associated services — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and hz888.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use hz888. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. hz888 recommends checking this page periodically for changes.

2 Eligibility

To use hz888 you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration

Multiple accounts created by the same person — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or names — are a violation of these terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. hz888 reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration. Submitting false information — including a false date of birth or false identity documents — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

hz888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks. hz888 does not accept deposits via third-party payment intermediaries or cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit at hz888 is Rs 200. hz888 charges no platform fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are independent of hz888 and are your responsibility to be aware of.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. hz888 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, hz888 reserves the right to suspend the account and return the funds pending investigation.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your hz888 balance within 30 seconds.
• NayaPay and SadaPay transfers usually process within 1–5 minutes.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on inter-bank processing times.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits process instantly subject to card issuer approval.

5 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal from hz888 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If the original deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, hz888 may request an alternative method verified in your name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hz888 processes verified withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. hz888 does not apply holding periods to withdrawals from real-money balances — only to bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement.

• Withdrawals from bonus balance that have not met wagering requirements will be declined until the requirement is fulfilled.
• hz888 may delay or hold a withdrawal request pending identity verification if this has not been previously completed.
• Suspected fraudulent activity may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation, with notification provided to the account holder.
• Hz888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single calendar month.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hz888 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposits bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards and event-specific promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount and expiry period — which are stated clearly on the relevant offer page.

General rules that apply to all hz888 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player. It cannot be claimed more than once under any circumstances.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry is removed from the account.
• hz888 reserves the right to void a bonus if it suspects the promotion is being abused, including through duplicate accounts or coordinated wagering patterns.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and money laundering: Using hz888 to launder money, process fraudulent transactions or disguise the origin of funds is a serious criminal offence. hz888 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or mobile wallet provider after wagering the funds at hz888 constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, using coordinated wagering to reduce bonus risk without genuine gameplay, or exploiting technical glitches to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on hz888 that use a random number generator — including virtual sports, Aviator, fishing games and any other RNG-based product — use independently audited RNG engines. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault — including server disconnection, software error or incorrect display of odds — hz888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. 9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hz888 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any hz888 software.

12 Limitation of Liability

hz888 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and accurate functionality, hz888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

hz888's total liability to any individual player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hz888 is not liable for:

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Provision of false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Chargeback or payment dispute filed against a legitimate transaction.
• Use of automated betting tools, bots or scripts.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hz888 will communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe and provide an opportunity to respond where the suspension is not related to active fraud. Where an account is permanently closed due to breach of terms, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) may be returned to the verified payment method on file following investigation.

You may close your hz888 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@hz888.click. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity checks.
